Falmouth has a quaint & beautiful Main Street, this hotel project would ruin the character and could be the beginning of a downward spiral in in the unique charm that is Falmouth. Please listen to our voices & do not allow this project to continue as is.

No. That is far too big a project for such a congested area. It would also be a fire hazard and will not help the smaller businesses locally. Find someplace larger and more suited.

While East Main St. definitely needs some improvement, this building is not appropriate to the area-it will overpower and adversely affect the character of Main St. as a whole.

This project is a travesty and totally inconsistent with our downtown vision. A project like this would be appropriate near our shopping centers. Please stop it.

This building and the associated parking lot do not belong in this location. Please listen and act according to the will of the people.

Amazing that such an ill-concieved project has come so far with so little input (until recently) from Falmouth. How would something so unwanted benefit Falmouth -- or Cape Cod?

this project endangers our town's small scale mixed use Comprehensive Plan and is directly inconsistent with the Commission's Historic Preservation Plan.

We are residents of the greater neighborhood, with much concern for the impact this project will have on our quality of life. Please don't disregard the many thoughtful letters of opposition that have been written to the Cape Cod Commission.

This project is not in line with the original intent expressed in redeveloping the east end of Main Street, and the proposed building is not in proportion to other buildings in the central business district. If, indeed, the Town of Falmouth wishes to add a corporate-level business of this size to its tax roll, it should be located in a more appropriate location. Thank you for your consideration.

This is a huge project and totally out of proportion to the part of town it is projected to occupy. It would be a burden to the already congested traffic on Main street and totally dwarf the residential community directly behind it.

This is not the right sight for the proposed size of this building. Falmouth residents should be able to determine the character of Main Street and it would appear from the opposition, that many residents are not in favor of the proposed hotel.
