I think this is a ridiculous idea, the opening of this path would create anti-social behaviour issues particularly to those living near to pathway. I also believe that there would be an increase in burglaries and off-road nuisance vehicles. I would consider moving off the estate if this were to happen and that is not something i want to do!!

Just heard about this scheme and it will directly effect me. I totally object. I moved to this area for peace and now i have to put up with anti-social behaviour on my door soon. All because of a philosophy of a foundation whose trustees have not real connection to the area. RESIDENTS lets stand together and make this go away, we chose a peace place to live, lets keep it that way.

Theres no way the gate should be put in the proposed site when theres a better place with parking and no objections further down park view

we don't need any more paths that make rat runs for those yobs to use them ! all we have in C/park are paths!! try getting us a pub, a library, a swimming baths, not even more rat runs.. last month there was a gang all tooled up with balaclavas on.. while my Grandson was trying to get home from nightingale road to stand farm.. and YOU want even more why don't you lot do something productive for a change?..try giving the community which voted for you by the way..some kind of protection and leave this path alone.. it's not like the police will be at the ready when the gangs start to use it to cause havoc on our doorstep is it?..what is the benefit of this anyway?..

This foot path will provide a route for undesirable people to avade police and use as an escape route and prob be used for motorbike run ingredients up and down it.
This is a very very bad idea.

Discusting them people on rivera drive bought there houses knowing the path was there but seems they have more say than people on council estate they dont want it all though its been there for hundreds of years put it back were it was

There is no need for this......what a waste of time and money. It has been rejected twice before. The residents should agian be listened to, nothing has changed.

This proposal has been put forward TWICE before and our objections have been upheld both times. Will people please LISTEN and STOP putting this proposal forward again and again because WE DO NOT WANT IT and will fight every step of the way !!!!
