CUT OUT WASTEFUL SPENDING FIRST. SAVE MILLIONS BY USING DALLAS TX WATER QUALITY MODEL. TELL TPD TO TRAIN THE OFFICERS THEY HAVE FIRST BEFORE ADDING MORE TO THE ROSTER. LCSO IS QUITE CAPABLE OF LE DUITES IN LEON COUNTY, including the City.

We are already taxed to death by Federal, state, County and City taxes. The government is supposed to be for the people by the people.

I am STRONGLY opposed to any tax increase. Why doesn't the City of Tallahassee fund the Police and Fire Departments FIRST and then fund the rest of the City services?

This is absolutely ridiculous. Whoever heard of such a large percentage imcrease. That is way above inflation rates. Besides it is high enough now.

I am shocked at this tax hike proposal. We are weighed down in taxes already. PLEASE, do not go forward with this.

I strongly oppose this tax hike. As a home owner, I will be looking to relocate outside of Tallahassee if this occurs.

I simply can't pay that much more--the taxes on my home (which is on a very small lot) are already out of sight. I've never heard of anything like this before, and there's something in the paper today about them allocating a lot of money for something. The city employees get a nice raise each year while the state employees who pay their salaries haven't gotten anything in eons.

No more taxes. Start by reducing over staffed code enforcement then look at the fat and reduce it. Work within your budget and work to lowers taxes. Fix your over staff issues first.
