This development is a terrible idea. Why not put these building over near Park and Getwell where they would improve the neighborhood??

I strongly oppose this development. It will have a negative impact on the nearby residential neighborhoods and be a conduit for traffic congestion on Poplar Avenue.

Would like to see more community input and a complete evaluation of impact on storm Water surface flooding and infiltration (backup issues in homes)

Consider the residents young and old of local neighborhoods and the significant negative impact this will have.

I strongly oppose this in our residential neighborhood with high multi-level apartments, etc.

This project will damage adjacent property values. Please do not approve. It’s a terrible idea.

The University of Memphis should honor the promises made by Shirley Raines. I strongly oppose this project.

I disagree with the President's answer about keeping agreements with neighborhood associations; University Presidents regularly commit their institutions to debts and plans beyond their tenure. Furthermore, the building plan is insensitive in scale to the houses to the West of the proposed project.

I vehemently oppose this development right in the middle of our residential neighborhood! There are other locations better suited and without any harm to the neighborhood. The U of M should try to be a better neighbor and not negatively impact our neighborhoods with multi-story apartments.

You're hurting your neighbors show better stewardship U of M. You have land with subpar parking lots across the street east of Campus School and Browning Hall. Build what you need to there, with parking levels on the back or first two floors.
