All the blood is being sucked out of the middle class! Is the goal to bring us all down and on the streets!!? This is 2022! We should be strong and prosperous!! Innovative and hard working to better the USA!! Instead, our elitist politicians don't care about us peons!! They don't know how to run our country and have been running us further in debt!! It's all about which club you belong to! Lobbyist control and a decline in the mental proceas!! Power and money has corrupted our leaders. They need to be fired by their employees, us, the US Citizenry!! Term limits have to be enacted ASAP!!

The SCWF is NOT in an economically "deprived" or "needy" area and does NOT fit the criteria for needing a TIRZ.

Take these subsidies and reduce the taxes of ordinary hard working homeowners of Austin. We don't need more high rises condos that are out of reach for most of us and we certainly don't need them financed by raising property taxes on the rest of us.

I oppose subsidies for developers as our taxes go up and up and up. Some of this money should be used for affordable housing, and not just some token apartments built by developers. 3000 Austinites sleep outside. Reject this proposal. Slow down this exponential growth which has disenfranchised longtime Austinites and put people outdoors with the lack of affordability here.
