Misuse of property taxes. Developers can pay their own and supply parking and road improvements.

How do we stop the development completely? We need to make Austin a hostile environment for greedy developers and make them understand we don't want any more development at all. Those greedy bastards have ruined most of Real Austin; we need to stop them from ruining what's left.
