I do not support tax incentives for this project. I do support any efforts by the members of the Austin City Council to invest in more parks, playgrounds, swimming pools and libraries for the City of Austin at large. I live in Oak Hill and it is truly lacking in parks, pools and libraries. Come on, share the wealth with those of us who DON’T live downtown.

Our taxes are already outrageous, especially for those of us Deemed Unworthy of Electricity, Heart, and Water by Austin City Council & Austin Energy. Let these businesses pay their own way.

Stop giving tax breaks to people / businesses that already have money/seek to make money off Austin . Especially businesses that will make Austin less affordable.
Please install a property tax rate that honors the longtime residents that built this city. Please install a property tax rate that is higher for the newest residents of Austin and property owners.
