This is absolutely despicable, let them pay for their own luxury buildings and use our taxes for the things you are supposed to like, oh idk, update the water treatment system. City council should be ashamed of even considering paying for this.

Stop the giveaways! We taxpayers cannot even get potholes fixed or traffic lights improved. Our money needs to be better prioritized to benefit tax paying citizens rather than for profit corporations.

I do not believe we propertytax payers should subsidize the super rich to develop more private property on the shores of Ladybird Lake, Ladybird herself would have been adamantly opposed to such a thing , she and other saved the gem for all the people of Austin, and for preserving nature for the habitat, animals and quality of life we do not need another luxury complex. DO NOT support this proposal.

I have heard and believe that using the TIRZ requires that the property would likely not be developed without this help. I'm not sure ANY part of Austin would meet that qualification, but certainly not this area. Should not be allowed!
