MY taxes are NOT paid to benefit the development of private developers. They need to fund their own projects just as I do.

No property tax subsidies for any for-profit company. Period. Our property taxes have ballooned to the point that we now pay more for property taxes than our entire mortgage payment PLUS insurance PLUS property taxes cost us 15 years ago.

By the rich, for the rich, zero benefits to Austin. We offer enough to attract major investors worldwide, and any further expectations of financial benefits would be an egregious gift.

Lower Property Taxes that are unrealistically high due to Texas Robinhood laws and unrealistic property values. Do not give our money to outsiders.
