We have so many problems in this town, we do NOT need to give any more money to developers. If you want to develop something, try rebuilding police and emergency services or schools or ANYTHING except putting money in developers' pocket for projects they're going to build anyway!

Fix our city streets and mow the high grass. Keep graffiti off our buildings. Pick up the trash and keep people from urinating on our streets and in our creeks.

This project development at all costs and selling of our city has to stop. This infrastructure should be funded by the developer. In no way is this a case that tax dollars is needed for this development.

it's not just the tax givaway that's obscene. We need to keep as much of the lake front for people (not just rich people but all Austinites) to enjoy.

I've been a working single mom 36 years now retired yet I cannot afford my taxes in East Austin where I was Born & raised, shame in you! This should be criminal giving our tax dollars to developers

As an Austin resident and taxpayer, I do not support this. Our tax dollars should go to public goods and not private entities looking for a profit and free money.
