Nop tax dollars for private developers. If they can't afford to pay for what they plan, don't build it.

Austin is getting too busy. Too much traffic in the city. Safety is a priority for me.

Are you kidding me. There are so many people in need of affordable housing.

Stop giving money to developers

Please don't vote for Mayor Adler's giveaway of Austin taxpayer dollars to subsidize his and his wife's buddies at Endeavor Real Estate and their development of the former American Statesman site on Ladybird Lake!

Private enterprise does not need tax payer funds for a viable business.

I am opposed to giving my tax dollars to developers for luxury developments. Start by investing in our underserved communities that need these resources. Not pet projects for the wealthy.

We are overdeveloped. We must preserve the nature we have now. Already we have let greed bulldoze our community and planet.

Please stop waisting our money, our taxes are too high!!! Lower OUR taxes!!!

Please reconsider this giveaway. Austin needs so many more things for the public good.

I urge the city council to reject SCWF TIRZ. This is a handout to developers using out local tax dollars.

This will get developed without give aways. I say this and Environmental Activist and Realtor.

I am so tired of the destruction caused by people who are here for greed with what seems to me to have little respect for and cause destruction to the very features that makes Austin so attractive, it’s water spots and our beautiful shade trees. A place to go in our 100 degree summers that makes it tolerable to be outdoors here. Clearing land (of its native trees) to build subdivisions and replanting with a few trees (not necessarily native) or putting in sewer lines in a creek bed (Shoal Creek) making it no longer safe to enjoy does little good for our beautiful Austin. The city should be adding pools and maintaining current ones not removing them. The city should be figuring out a way to collect some of the excessive runoff we are now plagued with because of overdevelopment and for use in our dry spells. Playing in a pool, a spring-feed creek/pool, watering hole or the lakes are a great place to be together here in the heat, it’s hot here!!! Let the trees native to the area stay here, they are here for a reason and we dearly love and need their shade. Learn how to care for these trees (stop smothering them with too much mulch around the roots - the Live oaks especially) and putting down rock beds that radiate heat. The last thing we need is yet another tax break given to take away money from the rest Austin for an exclusive development.

Unreal. FUND OUR POLICE!

Help local independent businesses instead. Stop helping the rich to get richer! City Council, it is time to start using our dollars wisely.
