as a homeowner who is being priced out of my small older home, I do not and can not support further tax incentives for luxury development.

There are many better ways to spend tax payer dollars. I hope the project succeeds, but needs to do so without being subsidized at the expense of other programs.

Unnecessary for prime riverfront property. Too great a loss of greenspace. Minimal environmental mitigation. A BAD deal

I am 56 years old and have lived in Austin Texas all my life. This foolishness is out of control. This has always been a beautiful & AFFORDABLE city to live in. Over the past 20 years I have sadly watched this beautiful affordable city decline, and it is heart breaking to me, I hate it and you are going to drive out all the good hard working reasonable people that make Austin great and then it will end up a hell hole like other once fine cities in our country. Let's learn from other past foolishness and make the same mistakes here.

Austin doesn't need more buildings and shopping downtown. We need more parks, libraries and art. If these multibillionaires want to build then THEY should pay the bill - not Austin tax payers!
