My tax dollars should be spent on education, safety (police and firefighters), and community centers and resources! My tax dollars are NOT to be used in place of tax cuts for big developers!!!

I had a 75% increase in property tax this year, which the city fought tooth and nail not to reduce. All this to fund millionaires? This is terrible,

Stop giving away our tax dollars to wealthy landowners and corporations through tax breaks. Everyone living, working, or profiting in Austin deserve to pay their rightful share. The cost of living has skyrocketed in Austin, pricing out even long-term middle-class families from the real estate market. This craziness has got to stop and it's up to you to draw a reasonable and fair boundary around the greed of big developers profiting in this city. Good grief, enough is enough!
