Oppose the Airline Ban on Transport of Legally Harvested Animals

There are many USA legal requirements to import any game. Hunting and import of game legal legal. The airlines should not just impose their moral positions. What would the public say if the airlines, refused to fly black people?

Will no longer put my clients on these airlines.

You (airlines) are punishing those who do the most for animal conservation. Your intention may be good, but your aim is way off!

Hunters are not the problem, reverse your ban.

The PC crowd is out of hand, time to reign them in.

Please reverse your ban concerning the shipping of legally obtained sport trophy's.

hope your airline suffers financial hardships. hunters are a valuable resource off revenue.

i had a elephant at the johanesburg airport the day of delta cancelling all shipments

Should ban transportation of animal parts to Asia, which most probably have fake paperwork.

Hunters are the only ones doing ANY conservation here but no one talks about that!

And instruct airline agents to not exercise personal antihunting bias.

Hunting has been a natural part of human existence for all time so has been the transport of trophyies. Ancient people to now have worn bear claws etc. It is inappropriate for a carrier to discriminate against lawful traffic and we respectfully request a reversal on a position taken because of political lobbying.

In the future I'll fly the airline that accepts Cites approved trophies as air freight.

The bottom line is that the refusal by airlines to transport legally hunted animals will directly contribute to the eventual demise of the animal species the airlines claim to be helping protect. The airlines in there rush to placate misguided public opinion have helped to speed up the eventual extinction of Africa's most iconic species.

Had plans on flying delta airlines to Africa next year but in light of these policies I may just spend my money within driving distances

I've brought back all the legally acquired wildlife specimens I'll ever be able to obtain. Pushing 80 years old. I'm signing this so other, younger, legal, and ethical hunters can do the same.

I oppose this ban. It was based on emotion & publicity not real facts!

As a FF on Delta and United I would expect that the Senior Executives would base any decisions regarding the protection and fair trade of Global Wildlife be left to the "Experts" at CITIES and USFWS. A knee jerk reaction to one Poaching incident makes no sense. It would be the equivalent of shutting down an entire airline for one Pilot's error in judgment. The greater good of the species and the countries impacted should be considered based on facts and sound science, not hysteria and overblown hype.. Sound science and fact based models have been shown to be the most effective pathway to preserving the worlds wildlife. Garbage science/political hype and public opinion only serve to destroy, not enhance the worlds wildlife. Delta and UA are doing far more harm than good to the worlds wildlife. I would ask that the executives at United Airlines and Delta Airlines reconsider their politically minded decisions. Until such time as the embargo has been lifted both UA and Delta are effectively on "my no fly list". S.E. Plymale JR
