A STUPID KNEE-JERK REACTION TO POLITICAL CORRECTNESS WITHOUT DUE CONSIDERATION TO THE ECONOMIC IMPACT TO THE COUNTRIES THAT DEPEND UPON AFRICAN SAFARI INCOME TO SUPPORT THE RURAL CITIZENS.
THE GROSS INCONVENIENCE TO THE TRAVELING HUNTERS WILOL NOT GO UNNOTICED AND THE RESPONSIBLE AIRLINES FOR THIS FIASCO WILL BE BOYCOTTED.
mANAGERS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS HASTY , UNREASONED DECISION SHOULD BE FIRED !

Hunters are the best conservationist in the World. As an avid hunter I have supported many conservation organizations and help to preserve habitat for all kind of game and non-game species. I think this is a terrible decision to not allow hunters to transport legally harvested species and as a consumer I will not use any air lines in the future that make this decision.

I find it very unfair that airlines refuse to transport of game animals. I will NEVER fly on an airline that supports this stupidity.

Reverse your ban, and allow legally acquired/harvested hides and horns to be transported in the cargo hold of your planes.
Or your client base paying for the high priced seats in the cabin above will find other ways to get themselves across the ocean. It does not make any sense to bow to heartfelt but misguided pressure in the media without the facts.

Knee-jerk reactions never address the real issue(s). The decisions by the airlines seem to be based on political correctness and the personal emotions of leadership rather than rational thought about a single unfortunate incident.

These actions by the airlines are shocking. Barring legally hunted sport trophies does exactly ZERO to stop poaching which is ultimately what will be the end of wildlife in Africa. The fees from sport hunters will likely dry up which means that the anti-poaching patrols will end. A bad move by the airlines.

This misguided ban unintentionally supports the spread of poaching and illegal trade in bushmeat by making it harder for hunters to support local economies!
