Oppose Speedway's Proposed 24-hr Mega Gas Station + Convenience Store in Ellison Lake

Another gas station is not needed in our neighborhood, this will lead to more congestion and foot traffic.

I am extremely concerned about the additional trespassing at all hours through our neighborhood by the apartment residents behind us. In addition, these trespassers drop trash while walking through that we end up having to clean up.

A gas station is not a good idea!!!!

The amount of traffic that will be generated by this station will create a severe problem entering and exiting our property. This will make a dangerous situation.

I feel that this is an inappropriate use, and not what I was told would potentially be developed at the entrance to our neighborhood when I purchased my home. The daycare owner has stated that he plans to expand the school and I do not feel that a convenience store is an appropriate use that close to a daycare facility. Please maintain the character of our neighborhood.

Yes, we need to encourage the daycare parents to sign this petition as well.

Please do not allow this gas station to be built near our community. Gas stations bring too many people and with that will be the crime rate as well. We have a close community to protect along with our children.

There's only one way in and out for the communities on Ellison Lakes Drive. By placing a gas station at the entrance will cause an undesirable impact to those living in this area due to increase traffic, and safety concerns. Please do not allow this gas station to be built at this location. Thank you for your consideration.

Not a good fit for a family neighborhood. I had the opportunity to work in a 24hrs convenience store. From high car traffic issues to easy access to alcohol and tobacco, I know how much it can downgrade a neighborhood. Not to count, the illicits that happens in its parking lot. I highly oppose the gas station to our neighborhood.

Too close to living communities, day care. There are already 2 gas stations in less than a mile distance.

This will bring entirely too much traffic to this residential area where the safety of our children will be jeopardized not to mention those children attending the daycare adjacent to this property.

I'm a resident of Waterside at Ellison, the very front neighborhood. There are an abundance of gas stations up and down Cobb Parkway, this is unneeded! Please please don't change the land use laws.

Consider the daycare center and the possible negative impact on safety.

This would be too close to the day care for safety reasons I oppose.

Bad use for land, already have several gas stations with 1.5 miles. We dont need anymore. Plus i feel the crime in Lake Shore Vista will also rise, or at least the foot traffic from there will bring more criminal activity to area neighborhoods.
