Oppose Speedway's Proposed 24-hr Mega Gas Station + Convenience Store in Ellison Lake

I strongly oppose...no more gas stations needed!!! We will have even more foot traffic down our street from the section 8 housing people walking to this store 24 hours. More crime and of course more trash dumped along the road.

I do not want a gas station built at Ellison Lakes.

Don't want this next to my community.

Stoplights arenot long enough without your traffic. Do not like proposed traffic pattern. Police make enough trips back to us cause of the teens. This will become a hangout for them. Good for us bad for the business. People will not want to frequent it because they will be hanging around outside and inside. Check police log for number of incidences.

I am strongly against the rezoning of this plot of land that is so close to my home for the construction of a 24-Hour Mega Speedway Gas Station.

As a homeowner in a neighborhood directly behind this property, I am seriously opposed to this gas station being built.

We do NOT need another gas station!!!

Gas station in a leaving zone is toxic for humans

One other serious issue is the increase in insurance liability for homes closest to the proposed gas station convinance store.
