In no way do we need another storage place in the area, nor can Chapel Hill Rd withstand any more development.

We do need need a new storage unit in Cary. There are multiple units in a short radius and allowing this building would increase traffic in an already problematic area and potentially present a safety issue for the Northwoods Elementary School. Many children walk/bike to school and additional traffic would hinder the school's efforts to create safe routes to school. Additionally we've already lost many of the beautiful wooded areas that make Cary so special and the impact to the wildlife who call that area home would be devastating.

There is self storage on Maynard Road, less than a mile from this proposed development so it is totally unnecessary, unneeded and undesirable.

Absolutely NOT! There is enough traffic as is and this is a family friendly area! It is hard enough now for the elementary school students to cross the street as it is. There are already TWO existing storage facilities within a 1 mile radius - why is there a need for more?

I moved from Los Angeles 14 years ago to get away from the concrete jungle and the Town of Cary has repeatedly paid no attention to the outcries from its citizens to limit industrial building and maintain the "small town" atmosphere many of us moved here for. For all the reasons listed above, this is a horrible decision. The street has current traffic problems that have yet to be resolved, storage facilities bring in “transient” traffic, it increase several risk factors for children who attend the local elementary school and I think I can count roughly 3-4 facilities within a mile. What is really going on TOC? If you want BIG CITY living...move!!!!! That is NOT what Cary is about. Likewise, you represent OUR opinion. You seem to forgotten that your sole existence is to serve the Cary population with integrity and excellence. YOU don’t work for developers.
