Totally against this. We don't need these types of structures in town. I'd attend the meeting but I'll still be in Alaska till the next day

Seems like Cary is into overdeveloping. Why must we build near already congested areas and destroy wild spaces? Is there really a need to build on Chapel Hill Road a storage place with so many other ones nearby? Terrible planning.

Please deny this permit! Our corner of Cary is very special to me and my family, and Storage units are readily available just a mile away!

We already have plenty of self storage places. Not a need for more.

This will decrease the property value in the area and add to already tough traffic in the area. Besides there are self storage units right around the corner on Maynard. There are also wildlife in the area that would be impacted.

The amount of development that is happening in Cary is ruining all that we love about living here. I don't know who oversees zoning but most of what is being built commercially here is hugely unnecessary. There needs to be some common sense regarding the destruction of our beautiful town or what is left of it.

There already are self storage buildings nearby and it is not in congruence with the development goals for inside of the Maynard Circle. Additional homes would be a better fit.

Please do not do anything to increase the traffic on this stretch of Chapel Hill Road! It is already difficult to get out of Taylor's pond without the addition of needless storage units.

Trees are crutial for a healthy and vibrant community. Trees can help make Cary clean & green. This is a goal that all citizens in Cary can agree on. Allowing these trees to be torn down for a public storage to be built, when many others are located in the area, would undermine all the work Cary has put into creating a safer, cleaner, healthier environment for the future. It would create a very unattractive site for citizens and visitors while driving down the road. We want to encourage the addition of new citizens that will respect the beauty of Cary. Finally, the cause of large amounts of people just throwing stuff into a storage unit, possibly abandoning stuff, can cause garbage buildup and rodent issues. That is not the Cary we want. Thank you

We do not need another storage unit building in this area. There is already one being built (or possibly just opened) not even a half mile from this location.

We are a community that was in disrepair and we are making efforts to organize it and beautify it. This development will take away from those efforts, taking away a beautiful natural boundary between properties and bringing many strangers into a small community of children every day. This type of business does not belong on property that touches private, residential homes.

The overwhelming boom in construction in Cary is ruining the town. The infrastructure cannot keep up with the increase in traffic, resulting in a situation that has become dangerous.

Traffic is already a serious problem on an outdated road ill-equipped to handle the current levels of traffic.
The wildlife in our area (and everywhere else) are constantly being marginalized owing to over-development.
It's hard to believe the need for additional "storage facilities" is warranted as there seems to be an abundance of such facilities.
I believe the presence of such a business will negatively impact the home values of those in close proximity.
