We have enough storage facilities within walking distance of this area. Restaurants or family friendly business would be preferable if development must happen here, but the wild life and joyous abundance of yes must be protected. If the town is serious about wanting the town to be friendly to bees, birds and butterflies like the certified initiative at Page Walker that the town emailed citizens about on June 20, 2016, then chopping down trees and destroying other local indigenous flora and fauna is counter productive to this esteemed end.

There are literally several other storage facilities around the corner on Maynard. Adding evem more within such close radius is simply ridiculous.
