Hopefully you have a lawyer. I believe there are two in the Buckhurst West neighborhood. Have you called the 10 storage units in the area to document their available capacity?

Please no more development on 54. the road can NOT take anymore because the infrastructure can not support more vehicles on this 2 lane road. there are no plans to widen or support the development that is already underway. enough already. Leave a few trees for us please, there are at least 3 storage places already within a mile of this planned development. How much JUNK can people have? stop it please

I am surprised that another storage facility is being considered in an area already inundated with them!
Our community is within walking distance to downtown and I feel a storage facility is not in line with walkable community many of us bought in this area of Cary for. Please reconsider this request.

There are already far too many storage facilities in this part of town.

No more building on Chapel Hill rd - we do not need any more eyesore storage units. This is decreasing our home property values, as it is with units on Maynard. No more plowing down our trees and natural areas. No more cars and traffic on Chaoek Hill rd.

I think this is a bad decision as it would be to close to schools and cause more traffic and more dangerous conditions to our children and the community.

This project would turn our neighborhood into a warehouse district. There is ample self storage within mile in fact a new facility has just been built. These units are on a divided road and unlike a warehouse built on Chapel Hill road which is undivided are not an eye sore

Another storage area is the last thing we need in the area. If they want to do something helpful, finish the modifications to Academy Street!

I completely oppose the building of a storage unit in this area. There are so many different kinds of wildlife in this area that would be needlessly displaced because of it. We have more than enough storage units in the surrounding area already, we don't need another one.

Please do not cut these trees down. And build another self storage. There's a brand new one that just opened on Maynard rd. Around the corner.

I cannot attend as I will be away. We do not need an eyesore in our community, I bought my house because of wildlife, trees and peaceful surroundings. I am AGAINST this special use permit. I will sign the petition. Sandra

How about you focus on improving Chapel Hill Road instead of knocking down more trees, adding traffic, and adding a not needed storage facility. There is a brand new one not 5 miles away in Morrisville.
OR finish the "improvements " in downtown Cary! The length of time this has taken is beyond ridiculous!

My family vehemently opposes this special-use permit. With the abundance of storage units available on Maynard Rd and surrounding area, there is no need for another self-storage business. Self-storage units at this site will compromise the safety of children attending Northwoods Elementary, depress property values, increase traffic on Chapel Hill Rd, and be an eyesore.
