There is no reason to change the zoning on Old West Mountain Road. It is residential and should stay residential.

As residents of Ridgefield and West Mountain Estates for over32 years we never imagined our lovely residential area would be proposed for commercial zoning. It is unconscionable that our duly elected P and Z board members would even consider the application putting a for profit commercial enterprise in our midst. Our cherished home and its value as well as our neighbors' is sure to be negatively impacted, and it opens all of residential Ridgefield to similar incursions. I vehemently oppose the application and hope P and Z members hear our call to deny the application.

I am opposed to allowing any commercial use in the RAAA zone. It is not consistent with the overall character or planning of this residential zone.

I strongly oppose the rezoning of Old West Mountain Road for commercial use. Having lived in Ridgefield for nearly 20 years I do want to see the character of the village changed in this manner.
