I wholeheartedly believe this is not in the spirit of the PCOD, nor do I find this business appropriate in a residential area.

Totally not acceptable, irresponsible and inconsiderate plan. Why don't we built condominium tower and drug rehab on Main St in residential zone across the street from First Selectman residence? Last time I looked a plan to open B&B on Main St was shot down. Does that have something to do with Ridgefield establishment bias?

It should not be located in a residential neighborhood.

If this goes throug the entire structure of our town would change. . It will destroy Ridgefield's charm and character. Too much power for planning and Zoning. I also disapprove of the use of the property in a residential area. Totally inappropriate.

I would like to know a little more about this issue. My initial reaction is that this is not a good place to put a drug and alcohol treatment center.
