Oppose Rezoning Old West Mountain Road for Mountainside Commercial Use

The town should not even consider this petition to change the residential property into a commercial zone property. It is not in the best interest of the citizens of the town . Allowing these type of changes will deteriorate the quality of life that has become the standard for our town. It also opens up the door to just change zoning rules anywhere and one cares to do so. This is not with zoning rules are meant to do. Let's protect the citizens of this town

There are plenty of places on Route 7 that are already commercially zoned

After studying this location , it is inappropriate and may become unsafe for neighboring families due to the nature of this proposed facility.

While the mission of the applicant may be admirable and desirable they should seek an appropriate location within the town.

I am not supportive of Mountainside's proposed facility in a residential area.

I oppose placing a Rehab Center in the Mountainside area. This statement is not an indication of whether or not I believe a Rehab Center is needed.

Changing zoning in residential area is utterly unjust for property owners in the neighborhood. Also risk setting precedent which could lead to similar changes and erosion of what makes Ridgefield a desirable place to live/visit.

I fully support this petition - Mountainside is a residential area and should not be zoned otherwise.

Strongly oppose a commercial/multifamily use in a residential neighborhood.

Sunset hall, as I believe this beautiful old mansion was called and the magnificent property must remain residential. We've lost too many historic monuments in this town. Please do not grant special permit!

I oppose this this kind of facility so close to residential areas and schools!!
