Oppose Rezoning Old West Mountain Road for Mountainside Commercial Use

This is a lovely residential neighborhood. A commercial enterprise is not appropriate for this area.

I am against all commercial property zoning changes in residential areas.

I believe this will seriously and negatively affect our property values. I also believe it will set a precedence that allows random zoning changes in our residential areas. The homeowners need to be aware that once this is allowed it can happen in any neighborhood where a business for profit has enough money to purchase properties and develop them into whatever they want.

I do not want to see a facility for rehab or any other commercial property zoning change for our town plan for Mountainside

Residential zoning should NOT be changed to allow for commercial operations. Keep Ridgefield neighborhoods intact!

I agree that zoning should not allow for this or other commercial property.

Allowing the rezoning of a residential area to permit a commercial business sets a bad precedent for all of Ridgefield's residential neighborhoods. Keep the zoning regulations as they are now to preserve Ridgefield.

I am STRONGLY opposed to this zoning amendment. This proposed use is not appropriate in the middle of a residential neighborhood. The residential zoning of Old West Mountain was put in place for a reason and needs to be upheld.
