Dear Mayor Bo Dorough and City Commissioners:
My respect to each of you and your honorable positions. Thank you for your service to our city, counties, districts, and community.
I am opposing the rezoning of the property of 525 Fifth Ave. Albany, GA.
I feel you have other sites available that will not dissatify your Rawson Circle area residents in your intended use of the forementioned address.
Please do not put a stain on the properties that influences the erosion and impact of the mismanagement of the property and values of the presiding residents. The zoning change does not fit the ground or framework its intended for.
Please reconsider the rezoning and stop the action to change it.

I live in this neighborhood. I am concerned about having offenders living alongside families and children in our community. I'm concerned about property values crumbling and crime levels rising. There are plenty of areas in this city where this type of facility would more appropriately be located.
