Oppose Re-Zoning of Land Parcels on Ebenezer Road

I strongly oppose the rezoning. First because the traffic and the main arteries is already horrendous. Second overdevelopment is destroying the fabric of this area with homes and trees. Third, because the excess drainage from all the development in North Cobb and South Cherokee is causing more and more drainage to flow directly into the creeks and not to soak into the soil. Over the past 20 years this has caused more and more storm water to flow through the smaller creeks. The one behind our house has grown from one you could hop over to a 16 foot wide, 8 foot deep monster that is taking more and more of our yard. If your going to vote for the rezoning, then you should buy a house on a creek. The county said they would do something about our Creek if it started to affect our foundation. Please say NO to rezoning.

I strongly oppose the proposal to rezone the area. i have lived here for more than 15 years and i have seen how traffic already is when there's road construction/marathons/weather, etc.

We have recently purchased a home in this area and our home backs up to the property in question. We would like to have this area remain as it is zoned now, R20.
