Thank you Mitch for being so instrumental in helping to spread this around to neighborhoods in this area! This will be a logistical nightmare for so many reasons most of which have been mentioned in the comments. I am trying to think of more ways we can get all the neighborhoods involved. Together we all can make a difference!

Adding high-density RSL housing to the current low-density R20 surroundings will have a significant negative impact on traffic, storm-water runoff, and more. I do not support this rezoning request.

The dense housing will increase congestion and traffic. The large dense development is not wanted. Keep the current zoning.

A high density RSL community is inappropriate for this specific area of Cobb County first and foremost for the strain it will place on infrastructure, roads, drainage and more.
This is a highly prized area of Cobb County for families particularly those with children. An RSL community will reduce the share of taxes flowing to local schools - two of which are less than a mile from this planned community.
These parcels need to maintain the original zoning, which was thoughtfully conceived in line with the spirit of community and life style the residents in this part of Cobb County prize. Please vote "no" to rezoning.

The number on homes is just way to high. This planned community is very close to a junior high school as well as an elementary school. We do not need the traffic on such small roads.

It is necessary to think of the impact on the land and community when deciding on the number of homes on a small piece of property. Please vote with your heart and not for anyone's financial gain. You know the right thing to do ... Just do it!
