All the beauty of this area is being lost to construction, wildlife is being destroyed and the congestion is unbearable. Enough is enough, this is one of the very few area left around here where you can still relax and enjoy the view of nature with the horses pacing.

Please do not allow this rezoning in this area. Even though I am a senior and would like to someday move to such a location, the cost would be too great, as I know they will price these units way out of my range. I have lived in this area for over 40 years and the traffic now has become so bad, adding all these extra homes on this land would make it so much worse. Ebenezer is as many say a Cherokee county cut through. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN!

Traffic is already bad on Ebenezer and new construction that already has/is happening has made it worse.

We have a master use plan, but big developers know they can influence our brave politicians through campaign donations. They continue to ignore zoning laws knowing "laws" only apply to the little people. Our county is rapidly losing its attractive charm, and by the time the developers get through, it will be a terrible place to live. Please stop this destruction.

The proposal is too dense for the area. Traffic from 76 more homes will greatly affect the volume and flow of traffic. The congestion of homes as well as cars will have a negative impact on this area of the county. In addition, the RSL zoning will not provide any financial relief to the tax burden since Cobb County senior citizens do not pay school taxes. No more dense building. A few years ago during a drought, I remember reading that Douglas County did not have the problems with water supply as other counties in the metro Atlanta had. Because Douglas County put a moratorium on high density building in the previous year, they did not have to ration the water consumption of all the citizens of Douglas County.vvPlease strongly reconsider making this zoning change and keep the property at R-20 and R-80. Thank you

The proposed zoning is too high density for the area. It doesn't fit the neighborhood.

The proposed put too many houses per acre which does not fit the makeup of the area.

No way Ebenezer Road can handle much more traffic. 76 houses on 15 acres!! I can't imagine why that is even being considered. This is entirely too clustered for this area. What a mess this will create. Do not allow this.
