I do not support the rezoning...traffic is already a challenge given all of the nearby schools.

Opposed to current zoning from R-20 to R-15 on Ebenezer Road. Haven't seen any current plan of what they are proposing to do with the property. Is it still Senior Living condos or townhouses. How close will houses be? I don't think any property in the area is zoned R-15 so why should this be zoned R-15?

The area infrastructure is overwhelmed as it is. Do not change the current zoning classifications.

Please keep the area as is, with NO further building. The single family environment is what brought us to East Cobb.

This has been a single family area for years and years. Opposed to allowing anytype of multi housing units in the area. KEEP THE AREA SINGLE FAMILY.

Commissioners, Please do not do this to our neighborhood. Traffic is already bad during rush hour with 3 schools nearby

I have lived here since 1987 and do NOT want a zoning change. I support green space for East Cobb. My own nearly 3 acres near this proposed site supports abundant wildlife. NO CHANGE IN ZONING

Do not do this to this neighborhood! Please don't change the character of this area by approving higher density development! We will remember the decision made on this at the next election.

We don't need any more traffic on Ebenezer Road, I find it hard to get out of my street now. especially in the morning. I have lived here for 28 years , and the traffic is 3 times as busy as it was when we moved here.

Too much development already. Keep a little area of Cobb County as green space for the next generation.
