Such a high density project is just too much for the surrounding area to handle. Why not townhouses? Are they not profitable enough for the developers or Apex?

Opposed. Citizens should not be paying a BOND for increased demand on infrasturcture, developers should pay.

This is already a congested traffic area. High density development is not appropriate for this space. I STRONGLY oppose this development.

Dangerously high traffic. Lowers out homes value. Takes away from beauty! Not good at all!

Apex does not have the infrastructure to support this.

Having recently purchased a home in the Linville Ridge development, I absolutely am against such a large development within such a small space. The infrastructure currently is not capable, nor do I think that the infrastructure could be made capable of supporting such a massive project. The slower pace and reduced traffic are a welcome respite from the often busy and overcrowded Cary and Apex streets. This development would not be in line with Apex's history of the pinnacle of living in the U.S.. This development would increase safety concerns for children walking to school and pedestrians enjoying the slower pace area great for walking.

What a terrible way to ruin an otherwise nice neighborhood. The rich get richer, and the rest of us sit in traffic

It was about a “real estate” developer who happened to get elected to a high position. I wouldn’t use his ethics or morals to help decide what to do in this situation

Art you are not helping. If you’d like to talk politics I’m sure there are other forums to help you tell the world what a respectable real estate developer Donald Trump was
