I do not support the development of apartment buildings in an area which can not support that like laura duncan and north salem.

200 units are overwhelming for this area.

please consider the rest of the area, the school system, the road congestion, and the overall quality of life for the adjoining neighborhoods.

Opposed to 200 unit development on this land as current infrastructure will not support it and will result in unsafe conditions in an already congested traffic area for children walking to the nearby elementary school. I support safety and improvements to infrastructure prior to any development at this loaction.

Traffic in this area is already maxed out due to the school and multiple subdivisions and developments surrounding this intersection.

We oppose this high density housing. Current infrastructure of roads is hardly able to support existing housing. Proposed high-density housing makes it unbearable for existing residents.

The traffic will disproportionately surge during morning and evening rush hours, causing traffic issues during critical times for the existing neighborhoods

The Cary/Apex area has already grown with such speed that the current infrastructure can barely keep up. Adding 200 units in this particular area will cause safety and traffic concerns, there is no doubt about that. If something should be built in those lots, why not think about a project that can serve the community, or bring the community together? We can't just keep adding housing with the speed of light without being able to provide a safe environment for those who live around. My family is completely against this proposal.

Where are the plans to build more schools to hold all the extra kids that development projects like this require nearby already capped schools? We already pay for the maintenance of the Parkway, are we going to pay for the extra traffic modifications in the long run? Is not right. I’m not against development, but THIS land was originally NOT approved for housing for good reasons. Surrounding infrastructure is needed.

Opposed to a 200 unit development on this size land without considerable changes/enhancements to flow/safety.

Infrastructure is not able to handle current load. Adding 200-300 cars will make it fail completely. Upgrading infrastructure BEFORE adding stress is smart city planning and management.

I believe the current infrastructure does not support such a PUD and will creat an unsafe traffic pattern already dangerous with the grade level railroad crossing. Please reconsider after the intersection is thoroughly upgraded as flyover or other remedy
