Please consider all factors when developing in Old Apex. There are HUNDREDS of townhomes 1/2 mile away! Perhaps another school for all the children living there.

An apartment complex is significantly going to increase the traffic in the area. Open to a grocery store. Its gonna just kill the beauty and openness of that area.

Adding apartments at this location will totally mangle and muff up traffic, will massively increase the water runoff and impact those with houses/property on the wet weather creek bed (causing erosion and property loss)! This is a phenomenally bad idea!

Not opposed to a grocery store but an apartment complex would be too much

While development of this area is inevitable, a large apartment complex is the worst possible choice.

The density of this proposed development does not match the realities of the site. It would add more traffic to dangerous intersections in that immediate area. Please don’t allow this plan to go forward as proposed.

We are for growth in Apex, however the intersection of Laura Duncan/ N. Salem is already congested near railroad tracks. Would the city council please review the number of trips (traffic) and advice the zoning of less dense population for this area.

It's already difficult to get out of these neighborhoods at certain times of day due to the constant flow of traffic. Also many cars traveling between 64 and Old Apex Road do so at excessive speed. It's only going to get worse.

The traffic and parking issues at this location are a huge concern. Particularly with the school and the issues at that intersection now.

Traffic, safety, and noise are the main concerns for me as a resident in the neighborhood. The builder should consider other options such as single family houses.

Cary is becoming more and more developed to the point that it is unsustainable. The reason so many of us moved to this area was for the space, trees and safety. Uncontrolled development jeopardizes everyone’s standard of living.

The traffic will be worse than it is right now . Train tracks in a busy intersection , small intersection, one way on each direction ! Can’t imagine traffic with another development on this intersection .
