Petition to oppose the Planned Unit Development-Conditional Zoning District (PUD-CZ) at the intersection of Laura Duncan and N. Salem St. in Apex, NC

This is much too large development for this area. Too much traffic would cause problems at train crossing and elementary school right nearby.

This particular growth will make the infrastructure of that area difficult for all the residents and commuters. As well as the students and their families.

We have lots of families and children that walk to school and there is already too much traffic on Laura Duncan at all hours of the day

The roads in the area can’t hold more ppl. That intersection is a mess already with out more homes. Leave some is Apex green. Leave the small town feel. The pumpkin patch and Christmas tree stand the local ppl love.

The infrastructure will not support this.

The apartments are too big for that area.

There’s too much traffic already at this intersection. In all directions it’s common to wait at least 2 light cycles to get through. In addition to several walkers to school and park.

I live on this street and there is already too much traffic on this street. Nice neighborhood and don’t need this here please.

We do not have the proper infrastructure in this area to handle housing that dense. This is only one reason I oppose this development.

This unit development would negatively impact the area and adjacent neighborhoods.

As with everyone else here, this does not seem thought through at all, the narrow roads cannot cope at the moment, let alone with 200-400 more cars coming into the area, schools are already at capacity also, where are the families going to send their kids to school? Seems like things have not been considered.

Toooo many multi family units in our town!

We don't have sidewalks and wide enough roads to accommodate extra people, cars in this area.
