This person should not be let out or paroled ever , he raped a 9yr old and murdered her and her mother ,if you want justice do not allow this man to get out of jail ever. Please give the victims justice since they can no longer speak for themselves this crime was and is absolutely deplorable

This man killed two people along with raping an innocent child.... He deserves life in prison for taking 2 lives. And his genitals chopped off for harming a child like that. What is this world coming to when we could let him out of prison after such a short period of time....

Killing and raping a small child (let alone another human being as well) should land you behind bars forever. This "man" should live the rest of his life in prison.
