Oppose Parole for Man Convicted in 1999 Double Murder in Leicester, MA

Two life sentences and he can apply for parole??? That needs to change

Why is this even a question? To be capable of raping a 9 year old and murdering both her and her mother one must be a sociopath, i.e. incapable of feeling love, compassion, and empathy for other human beings. Individuals like this are not remorseful; in fact they usually have feelings of grandiosity and see other human beings, who are capable of human compassion, as silly and naive. To them, their way of thinking is superior, for it lets them fool those around them and take advantage; in essence, its a game to them. Why should we have to grant this man, this evil, sadistic man, any freedom whatsoever when in so doing, we would most definitely be putting good, innocent people who function in society at risk of being raped and murdered? To rape a little girl; an innocent, helpless child, is such an evil thing to do. To murder her and her mother following that is sick. Just think; her last moments before her life was taken so soon were of her being subjected to excruciating physical pain and immense fear, and this man begs freedom? Why should he breathe fresh air or be in the vicinity of human contact outside of prison when he is clearly an evil psychopath and a danger to society? He doesn't deserve anything more than to live in a cell and hopefully, though this is doubtful possible for a psychopath, think about what he did in remorse. I'm sure regardless, the only regret he'll have is that he didn't get away with it.

This is absolutely and completely horrifying to think there's a possibility that this man could br allowed back on the streets. There is not a doubt in my mind that any human being who could rape and murder a 9 year old girl should deserve to stay incarcerated forever or for at least a significant portion of his life.

I rode the bus to school with that sweet little girl. This man does NOT deserve to walk away from what he did after such a short amount of time.

This man should never get out and sends wrong message even if he still has to do the rest of the time on the other crime. It would be an injustice to the victims. Also if he does get out one day would you want him to change. The first thing a person that's goes to prison picks up is the Bible and the first thing they put down is the Bible. This man should rot in prison for the rest of his meaningless life! He took my aunt's life who weighed approximately 98 pounds soak and wet. He took my little cousin's life who hadn't even experienced life yet. He is a waste of blood and flesh and should be subjected to the physical and emotional pain he has caused, on a daily basis in prison! He isn't even worthy of a death sentence because that will set him free of remembering the horror of what he did as well as any physical abuse that he may endure according to the "inmate code" for rapists and child molesters. He committed this disgusting crime allegedly out of anger, our streets will not be safe if he is let out on parole. He destroyed their lives and so many more as a direct result of his crime! He isn't even worth nor deserving of the hearing! Please keep others safe and keep this inhuman animal behind bars where he belongs! This man should never get parole for any reason. He is a danger to the public. Two life sentences should mean no parole ever. Murdering 2 people was bad enough but raping a child is heinous
