Oppose Parole for Man Convicted in 1999 Double Murder in Leicester, MA

This criminal should never be release - he brutally raped and murdered a 9 year old 65 lbs child and then strangled and stabbed her mother. Why is parole even an option for a double murder??? Only the Massachusetts legal system would give a violent criminal a 15 yr sentence with an option for parole without taking ant consultation or rebuttal from the victims family in consideration. Your tax dollars are paying for this. This man should never be paroled as he would present an iminent threat to every women and child in public. It was my sister and niece that he murdered and justice has not been served in this case.
