The little girl would be 24 years old now. He took two lives. If life in prison means only 15 years, the parole board should be ashamed at even hearing the case.

Double life sentences should mean no possibility of parole. I wouldn't want this guy as my neighbor....no way! Too bad the death penalty wasn't an option, that's what he should have received. Let him rot where he is, keep him in jail and away from other innocent people.

I don't understand how our legal system allows for a life sentenced prisoner to be paroled, let alone one for such a viloent crime and TWO life sentences?! What's the point of finding them guilty and sentencing them with TWO life terms if we are just gonna consider letting them go?

He should not be allowed to get parole. Someone else will get hurt or killed. 15 yrs is no where near long enough of a punishment

Why would anyone let a monster like this out to begin with? He killed 2 innocent people.. A child! He brutally raped and murdered a defenseless, innocent child! There is no rehabilitation for a monster of this kind. To who it may concern please keep this man behind bars before he does it again!
