This man should definitely not be paroled after what he has done no matter how good his behavior in prison that doesn't make up for what he did to that little girl, her mother or their family..He can apologize all he wants but that will never bring them back he is a pedophile and will always be one..

It's crimes like this, that the Death Penalty would be perfect for in our state. May he rot to death in prison. Better yet, take your own life dirtbag and save the tax payers $$$

This man is disgusting for what he did ..I don't feel he could be rehabilitated ..EVER...he's definitely a danger to society still !!don't ever let him out please .. The hurt he brought to the victims family is so devastating .. Personally he shouldn't breathe the air outside only the air that's in a jail cell

Sixteen years is not equal to two consecutive life sentences. A woman was murdered and a 9 year old female child was raped and murdered. This man frightened a whole town. Please, keep him in prison for his full sentence. Thank you.

i grew up and lived on the same street when this happened and remember it very well. Crazy that he has a chance to get out this soon.

He took the life of my friend and raped her she was a sweet girl and never bothered anybody, he also brutally murdered her mother and now he wants to be paroled??? Please keep this man locked up to serve out his 2 life sentences my friend and her mom won't be coming home, stopping by to say hi, or even wishing me anymore happy birthdays, or any of the holidays so why should he? He deserves to live and die in jail if our judicial system releases this monster he will do it again please don't let him out I fear for the children and safety of women everywhere if he's set free.
