I honestly don't believe any criminal can be completely rehabilitated to coexist peacefully in society. A thief is a thief, a child molester is a child molester, and a murderer is a murderer. It's as crisp and clear cut as it's going to get. This man is not a man. He is a low life piece of shit. What did he think was going to happen after he killed that woman? After he sexually assaulted and murdered that 9 yr old girl? I did not know the victims and I do not know their families or friends; however, no child deserves that kind of exit from this life, and no mother should be separated from her child and her life like that. I believe in the Death Penalty, and I believe it is a horrendous oversight of the prison & justice system to continue allowing this...murderer...to continue to live. I object to his request for parole. He needs to be released into general population, and have the anti-rapists and anti-child abusers handle him.

I believe, that if the facts presented to me are indeed true. Than true justice can never be served. We cant undo the pain and suffering that was inflicted that day nor replicate said acts. I believe if this individual is to continue on living, it should be behind bars, away from innocent people. It is prevalent that we implement harsher punishments for crimes of this nature and inform the public on who these individuals are.

Any one human who murders another human deserves the same fate they gave to their victim. Any one human who takes the life of a child in such a gruesome way, deserves to rot for the rest of his life.

As a former Leicester resident, I remember reading about this crime and agree with Don. No parole.

I remember when this happened and how scared everyone in the whole town was to know this man was loose among us untill they caught him....It Takes a Special kind of Sick Sick animal to do the things he did... Not only to his Girlfriend.... But to Rape and murder a child... How can they even think about letting this man go free... The people he murdered didn't have a say in their lives. He took that from them. Why should he get any say in his life

As a father of a young daughter, I would not want this guy on the streets, to hurt another family. It's obvious that he had full intentions on hurting not only the mother, but an inisint little girl. This guy will get out and re-offend within 90 days
