This man is a monster. A man who would commit these heinous crimes should never be allowed to be free to kill and rape again.

The fact that an individual can commit such a heinous act and even be eligible for parole is beyond me. If this individual receives parole and is released back into the population, some innocent person will become his next victim. This would be a complete dailurenof the justice system on behalf of the people it is supposed to protect.

Life in prison is too good for this monster. Not only did he take the life of a mother and her child, as well as raped the child before killing her, he also took the life of her son who has so much guilt for not waking up that he killed himself. This man has killed 3 people. He deserves to die a horrible heinous death! Keep him in prison for the safety of others. Don't let Debbie, Cassie, and Derek deaths amount to nothing, because if you release that is exactly what you are saying!

This man ended the life of both these beautiful souls, because he is a monster. I grew up with Cassie, we lived less than a mile from one another, were in the same grade, shared a bus even were friends. She was a bright, funny, and vibrant soul. He took her life as well as her mothers, he doesn't deserve to be out of jail and have a life of his own. I believe it's crazy to even imagine the chances of him being granted a parole hearing.

This man should not be let free. Who would allow this after the horrible things he did. He's far from being rehabilitated and he will do it again. People that have been convicted of lesser charges are serving more time than he got for the terrible crime he committed. How can you say he should be let free when he is a dangerous man and a murderer of a innocent child. He should be locked up for life. Please don't allow him to run free to do this horrible crime again.

I'm a survivor of child rape. I've had more than a few friends who weren't. The fact that this man was capable of raping a 9 year old should be a reason to never let him out. But he also brutally murdered a mother and her child. It doesn't matter what he's done since. Its true that there are a great many people in prison who shouldn't be - this man isn't one of them. Please don't let him out.
