I remember when this happened. Reading the news paper and following the trial I remember thinking if ever there was a case for the death penalty this was it. The defendant didn't even show any remorse.

This is a horrendous crime, killing a mother and young child. He is where he needs to be, in jail, the public can never be safe with him.

It's bad enough that Mass doesn't have the death penalty, but then the state's liberal lawmakers make monsters like this eligible for parole in 15 years. NO PAROLE!

He should get the same break that he gave his victims.

He should absolutely NEVER be allowed to walk free amongst women and children again. It takes a really mentally sick person to act so maliciously against a female and an innocent child that had no means of defense and destroy her innocence, and take their lives. He is disturbed and has demons no jail environment or even out patient care could rid him of. I would be terrified if this was my community that he was released into as a mother of 3 young girls.

No way! A jury has spoken. He raped and murdered a 9 year old!!! He should never be paroled.

That monster should never even think that. he is deserving of one thing. my sister knew deb and her daughter and attended the wake . It takes an evil mind to commit his actions. there isn't any excuses for such a horrific crime.
