This man raped and murdered a little girl and murdered her mother, and he's up for parole!? Why would we ever give someone like him the chance to do something so heinous again?? Keep him locked up where he will never again have the chance to take two innocent lives.

I am signing this petition because he commited a vicious crime against a woman and her innocent 9 year old daughter, he should remain In prison and deal with the consequences of his crimes and spend the rest of his life in prison.

I am a father of two young daughters and I feel that this man is a dangerous to society and does not need to be let out on parole ever and definitely not this soon . What he did was the worst level of terrible possible and he needs to be in jail for the rest of his life for this crime

Any risk that he presents is a risk and not one worth taking. If any member of the parole board will be happy to have this man in their home for 6 months then maybe I'll consider parole. I doubt any parole board member would want or trust this man in their home so same for our community.

I grew up on Chapel Street in Leicester, I was living on White Birch Street at the time if this awful crime, my daughter was 9 at the time, this man should never see the outside if prison walls again
