Please don't allow this man to be paroled. Anyone who would rape and murder a child shouldn't be allowed to walk the streets to harm again.

As a citizen and mother of two young children living in a small town, this is a public threat and by no means would I feel safe with a man of his caliber walking these streets. I hope the parole board makes the best decision based on the public's safety and not his selfish needs.

Debbie Kucher was a longtime friend of mine. I was one of the first people to hold Cassie when she was born. The 25 years Marvin Cathey was sentenced was not enough time to begin with. PLEASE do not let him out on parole!!!!
