The perpetrator has served less than half his sentence. This cannot be justice.

I strongly oppose the early release of this person, as a homeowner in Greyton

The sheer brutality of this attack can in no way be excused, and it is contrary to true justice and fairness to the Victim to contemplate, let alone approve, parole. The full sentence to the very last day must be served for a semblance of justice to be done. If good conscience and the basic principle of "What would the reasonable man say", then Parole must be denied. May true justice prevail.

We do not need such individuals on our streets and he's short sentence was hardly a deterrent let alone the fact that he's only served half.

This person should have his application for bail denied

No early parole, he needs long term rehabilitation.

I don't feel this criminal has been rehabilitated in a few short years, he should complete the full sentence.

I oppose bail of this inmate. If you think he has been rehabilitated then I suggest you first let him stay at your home for a few nights before you release him back into our small community.

I feel very strongly that this criminal could not possibly have been rehabilitated in the time that he has been incarcerated. It is not fair or safe for the community to have this criminal be released in to our surrounds I am a personal friend of the victim and have experienced first hand the trauma that this lady experienced and continues to experience on a daily basis. Do not release this criminal into he has done his time.
