I am against the proposal to mandate wearing masks in Springfield, MO. It should be an individual decision. Threatening with fines goes against our rights and the constitution. There are reasons on both sides, consider them all!! I personally have trouble breathing when wearing a mask, especiallyin hot weather.

Mask mandates violates our individual’s right to privacy, religious freedom, right to speech, due process, equal protection under the law. Is an invasion of our physical autonomy

It is not proven that masks avert the spread or contagion of covid 19. It is against my civil liberties and infringes on my Constitutional rights to be mandated to do something totally unproven to stop the spread of this virus!!! This is a scare tactic and will definitely hurt the growth of the economy and the health of our children!!! Stop this madness!

Masks are not effective to prevent disease. The WILL cause disease in those who wear them for extended periods of time. Stop the insanity.

I believe its infringement on my rights as a US citizen and I believe it should be a decision we the people should make. Not paid politicians with an agenda.

We live in Seymour but visit and conduct business in Springfield 1 or more times per week. We do not plan to wear a mask. We love Springfield, but, will cease spending money there if this passes.

Current CDC downing threat TO an Endemic, from Pandemic. Cont'd low fatality rates of .2 do NOT warrant mandatory masks! Masks do not Work, proven medicallly!medically! Stated on MASK box+! THIS is a govt. Overreach!. YOU will not be REELECTED, if you Push this. Let individuals who are sick or afraid WEAR one if they Want. It IS a Choice!
