Oppose Location of Substation, Towers, & Powerlines

This will have a gigantic negative impact on our neighborhood and our property values.

The prior tower placement affected those benefitting the auxiliary power station with minimal impact to the SHHA residents. Whereas the newly proposed location SIGNIFFICANTLY impacts the SHHA with minimal benefit and has NO visual impairment to the homeowners that are receiving the greatest benefit. How does this make sense to a practical individual let alone the economical increased cost with h the newer location of towers on Tramway vs Eubank. What are you thinking as it seems that IS THE PROBLEM‼️

I do not appreciate that the NAACA has not been more informative to the residents near Paseo Del Norte and Tramway that is POOR REPRESENTATION of North Albuquerque Acres as a whole!! The fact that PNM & NAACA excluded affected residents is an outrage and the state should disallow moving forward with this project until all residents can be properly notified!

No one wants to live near power lines which cause cancer, or a substation which will not beautify the area or raise property values.

I am totally against this process. No where in this journey were the people in Quail Ridge invited into this conversation. That is totally wrong! It just feels like an intentional behavior of exclusion.

Governing via ambush is rarely the preferred method of governing! Residences of Sandia Heights whom happen to live within visual distance of Tramway were 'AMBUSHED' in this situation. I support this petition!

Not a goof location for a substation

I’m very against this.

I am extremely against having the power poles and transmission lines running east up Paseo del Norte and south on Tramway.

As the homeowner of a house that backs onto Tramway between Paseo and San Bernardino, I strongly oppose the running of power lines east along Paseo to Tramway then south along the east side of Tramway. I am greatly concerned about the health impacts to the many families that own homes directly under/near the proposed power lines, those who use the multi-use path along Tramway, and those who play in Little Cloud Park. We are not going to benefit from the new power sub-station, yet the proposed route inflicts all the adverse affects - health, reduced property values, impacted views - upon us.

I feel that our Quail Ridge neighborhood located at Tramway, between Paseo del Norte & San Bernardino will be directly impacted by these transmission lines. Since this is the case our neighborhood should have been informed about this & given the opportunity to have some input on the proposal.

I am very much in support of this petition and sincerely hope it is meaningfully considered.

I am opposed to PNM's plan to build the powerstation and route the powerlines up Paseo and along Tramway. Being directly impacted - we only recently heard of this "decision" and did not have an opportunity to voice our concerns. I fail to understand how NAACA can make a decision to approve something that skirts their neighborhood and has the most impact on a different community.

Greatly interferes with the mountain views from Church Of The Good Shepherd and The Tramway Terrace community.

Please reconsider the placement of these towers due to the fact that this is a neighborhood with a church and many homes.

I am opposed to PNM's plan to build a Power Substation & Towers/Powerlines Impacting Sandia Mountains/City Views And Property Values. I am disgusted with the NAACA's behavior to push this through without the input of homeowners and businesses it this area, Shame on you - what goes around comes around.

There is a more affordable option that would not damage the community character of the Tramway/Paseo area. The energy needs are also highest farther south. Church of the Good Shepherd would be affected by these towers, but we were not notified about the plans and were not given sufficient time to respond. Please pause this project and only proceed if you can conduct a transparent process that ensures all affected residents and business owners are notified of the potential impacts of PNM's plans.

This will definitely impact the area on Tramway and should be placed in a higher density location. Views and community value will decrease
