Oppose Location of Substation, Towers, & Powerlines

You must keep the residents and affected groups in mind when doing these kinds of projects.

Please keep the skyline free snd clear in this area. This proposed substation will absolutely be a negative impact on the neighborhoods all around this area.

oppose PNM’s proposed power substation project at Paseo del Norte and Lowell and transmission lines towards Sandia Mountains and along Tramway.

Many neighbors, including myself were not properly notified regarding PNM substation. Many homes will be negatively impacted by 90 foot towers with power lines running east on Paseo Del Norte. With a structure of this magnitude proper notification should have been given to all neighbors in the area. Respectfully, I request this project be denied. Thank you for your consideration.

Sandia Heights home owners association should also be consulted. Everything else is equal so choose the least costly option!

I see no current or future need for this substation in this area of town. Future population growth potential in this region of this metro area is extremely limited and therefore arguing the need for enhanced energy infrastructure for future needs or growth is intellectually dishonest.
