Leave these homeowners alone! This makes no sense to me! Branson is what it is because of ALL the lodging, shops, restaurants, entertainment, activities, and shows it has to offer. Something for everyone! These politicians need to find something better to do with their time!

This is horrible regulation that will destroy land values and the economy, which is still trying to recover. I bought investment land in 2009 and even at depressed rate paid, still upside down in it. This legislation will further depress land value. Stop with the regulations!!!

We as homeowners should have the right to rent out our property if we choose.

Home rentals are not only a great idea but also allows the renters out of that icky hotel experience and hearing what's going on in the rooms next door and above and below them because we all know that hotel walls are to thin!

Don't change one of the best things here at the lake. These places stay full in season which brings alot of economy here to the lake. This is only to make the rich man who owns these tall motels that cost an arm and a leg to rent and for families that means no lake vacation. LEAVE ir alone

I have spent wonderful vacations staying at a home on the lake where our whole family could be together. I would not consider coming back to the lake if my only options were hotels/motels, as it would not be as special as staying together as a large group in a lakefront property.

I own a lake front property and rent out during the summer to help offset my expenses the rest of the year. Not sure if I could keep the house if they pass this bill! This vacation home has been in our family for years. It would be a shame to have to sell it. Please do not pass the bill to ban vacation rentals at Lake Ozarks.

I oppose this proposed law. This will have a devastating affect on the already struggling local economy.

Our family vacations in the Lake of the Ozarks every summer. Our group (20 +) always chooses to rent lake homes for our vacation destination. We don't want to see our choices diminished by this overreaching regulation. We would never opt to stay in a hotel because staying right on the lake in a rental home gives us the lake experience that we desire. Our group spends money in the community at restaurants, grocery stores and boat rental facilities. I feel for the people in the community who will suffer if this legislation is passed. Our family will likely have to choose another lake vacation destination in the Midwest if this legislation comes to fruition.
