I smoked for over 30 years - until I quit Christmas Eve, 2013. That means almost a year and a half now.
I understand the argument that vaping is safer and helped you stop smoking. The best answer would be to do neither. I don't know if you will one day enjoy the toxic chemicals you seem to enjoy from vaping.
I was totally pissed at first with all the rules for smokers. However, I don't support e cigs either.

Why can't you quit punishing former smokers? You've taxed us for years. Now you get less tax because we did quit and now you're trying to get the tax again. What about luxury tax? I know that taxes are the next step with these two bills. stop it already!

Vaping is not and should not be a crime. Vaping is not smoking, vaping saved my life and got me off of tobacco cigarettes. I strongly oppose HB 3362 and HB 2404, as well as any bill that limits vaping, or vaping flavors. Just because I’m and adult does not mean that I don’t enjoy good flavors. I started smoking at 12 years old and smoked for 35 years before quitting with vaping. Quit taking away our power and our freedom to choose.

I strongly oppose HB 3362 and HB 2404, as well as any bill that limits vaping, or vaping flavors. Just because I’m and adult does not mean that I don’t enjoy good flavors. I started smoking at 12 years old and smoked for 35 years before quitting with vaping. Quit taking away our power and our freedom to choose.

House Bill 3362 will send a lot of the people (myself included) back to the use of combustable tobacco cigarettes infringes on our right to lead a healthIER lifestyle, leading business owners out of work and putting more money in the pockets of Big Tobacco.
